Frank Bruno

Co-Founder & Principal

Frank brings over 25 years of hands-on experience leading electrical work across data centers, telecom sites, manufacturing plants, and institutional facilities. Before launching Balanced Load in 2015, he managed multi-phase, high-pressure projects where failure wasn’t an option—and deadlines weren’t flexible.

Today, Frank focuses on high-level operations, ensuring that every project Balanced Load takes on is delivered with professionalism, precision, and complete accountability. His leadership is built on deep field experience, sharp logistical thinking, and a clear understanding of how to keep complex jobs moving.

Pete Siebels

Co-Founder & Principal

Pete brings over 20 years of commercial and industrial electrical experience to Balanced Load, with a reputation for precision, dependability, and on-the-ground expertise. Before co-founding the company, he built his career working in high-demand environments where quality and safety were non-negotiable.

Today, Pete focuses on field execution, making sure every project reflects the standards that built Balanced Load’s name—clean work, done right, and delivered without excuses. His approach is grounded in discipline, craft, and a relentless drive to exceed expectations on every job.
